6. Dispute Resolution by Binding Arbitration

Most customer concerns can be resolved quickly and to the customer's satisfaction by calling our Customer Care Center at (213) 441-0400. In the unlikely event that Signature’s Customer Care Center is unable to resolve your concern or complaint to your satisfaction (or if Signature has not been able to resolve a dispute it has with you after attempting to do so informally), we each agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration. Arbitration is less formal than a lawsuit in court. Arbitration uses a neutral arbitrator instead of a judge or jury, allows for more limited discovery than a court, and is subject to very limited review by a court. Any arbitration under these Terms will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted. For any claims that require arbitration, BOTH Signature AND client agree to share the costs of arbitration. Please note that any arbitration award resulting from the arbitration SHALL NOT exceed the original total purchase price of the services selected.

Rights and Responsibilities of Signature
Signature is NOT the publisher or author of the User Content. Signature takes NO responsibility and assumes NO liability for any content posted by you or any third party. Although we cannot make an absolute guarantee of system security, Signature takes reasonable steps to maintain appropriate safeguards and security measures. If you have reason to believe the system security has been breached, please contact us immediately for assistance.
If Signature's Technical Staff finds that account usage or files belonging to a client pose a threat to the proper technical operation of the system or to the security of other clients, Signature reserves the right to delete those accounts or files or to stop those processes. If Signature’s Technical Staff suspects that a username is being used by someone who is not the authorized user, Signature may temporarily disable that user's access in order to preserve system security. In all such cases, Signature will contact the appropriate client as soon as feasible.
Signature has the right (but not the obligation), in our sole and absolute discretion, to edit, redact, remove, re-categorize, transfer to a more appropriate location or otherwise change any User Content.
Rights and Responsibilities of Signature Users of User Content
You are legally and ethically responsible for ANY User Content, including personal information, writings, documents, pictures or any and all other information or documents used in the preparation of your immigration forms. The consequences resulting from your nondisclosure or failure to disclose truthful and essential information in the preparation of your forms fall 100% on you and are your responsibility. In posting User Content, you agree that you will not submit any content:

Inadvertent delays, errors or omissions made in connection with this Agreement or any transaction hereunder shall not relieve either party from any liability which would have attached had such delay, error or omission not occurred, provided always that such error or omission is rectified as soon as possible after discovery.
SUMMARY
Any legal action related to using our site, apps, or materials will be governed by the Arbitration Agreement in these terms. If legal action involves our services, it will be governed by California state laws.

23. Attorney Access Services; Use of The Term “Experience”
The term “experience” or “experienced,” as used on the Site, Applications, and in other communications in reference to independent attorneys participating in Signature's services via Legal Plans or other attorney access services means that the attorney providing legal support fulfills the following requirements: (a) possesses a minimum of five years’ experience practicing law, (b) maintains errors and omissions insurance policies consistent with industry standards, (c) is in good standing with the state bar in each jurisdiction in which the attorney is licensed to practice, (d) has no pending malpractice lawsuit, as of the date of joining Signature's Legal Plan services, and (e) has no public record of discipline by a state bar within the last five years. The term “experience” or “experienced” is not intended to be a comparison to any other attorney's services or qualifications.
SUMMARY
By providing a testimonial or endorsement, you grant us permission to use it on their websites, mobile apps, social media, or other publications. We can edit, retouch, or summarize your testimonial for display and may use it for advertising. You confirm your testimonial is your original work. We may choose to post, remove, or delay using your testimonial. Additionally, you agree to provide your full name, address, and phone number for internal use, but only your first name and location will be displayed publicly.

24. Use of Testimonials and Media Endorsements
The media hosts on the Site endorse Signature as paid spokespeople in our advertising and marketing campaigns. You hereby grant Signature permission and limited license to use and reproduce your testimonial(s) (“Testimonial”) and or endorsement(s) (“Endorsement”) in whole or in part on its websites and mobile app or third-party hosted websites (“Site(s)”), social media sites administered by Signature (“Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Blogs”) or in other official Signature printed publications without further consideration. You agree and grant permission to Signature to retouch, edit, or summarize a Testimonial or Endorsement for display, or otherwise create derivative works from Testimonials for display. Signature shall use such Testimonial or Endorsement only for Share Your Story communication purposes. You represent that your Testimonial or Endorsement is your original work. Your Testimonial or Endorsement may be used by Signature to provide basic content for a nationally based advertisement campaign. A Testimonial or Endorsement may be rejected or approved for posting on Signature websites. Further, a Testimonial or Endorsement may be removed from Sites at any time and for any reason at Signature’s sole discretion. You acknowledge that Signature may elect not to use your Testimonial or Endorsement at this time, but may do so at its own discretion at a later date.
You grant Signature the option to contact you for Signature advertisement campaigns. You also agree to provide Signature with your full name, address and phone number for Signature’s internal use only. Only your first name and geographic location (city, state) shall be posted with your Testimonial on the Sites.
25. Inquiries
BY USING SIGNATURE'S SERVICES OR ACCESSING THE SIGNATURE SITE OR APPLICATIONS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THAT SUBMITTING YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER TO SIGNATURE VIA THE SIGNATURE SITE OR APPLICATIONS CONSTITUTES AN INQUIRY TO SIGNATURE, AND THAT SIGNATURE MAY CONTACT YOU AT THE NUMBER SUBMITTED (TAKING INTO ACCOUNT INQUIRY EXCEPTION TIME FRAMES AS APPROPRIATE).
SUMMARY
Cancellation requests must be made within 72 hours of purchase, in writing to info@immigrationforms.app. After 72 hours, the client will be charged for the full services completed.

26. Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests MUST be made within, and no later than, 72 hours from the date of purchase and MUST be made expressly in writing to info@immigrationforms.app. After the 72-hour cancellation window, Client’s account will be charged for the full amount of the Services completed, as agreed upon under the Agreement between the Parties.
SUMMARY
Clients can get a full refund if they cancel within 72 hours and before services begin. After 72 hours, refunds will only cover uncompleted work. We are not responsible for delays caused by the client or external factors, and any resulting costs are the client’s responsibility. The refund policy may change, with updates posted on the site.

27. Refund Policy
Client is entitled to a full refund IF and ONLY IF Client cancels within the designated cancellation window of 72 hours from the date of purchase, and only before any Services have been commenced or completed. If Client wishes to cancel AFTER 72 hours, Client will NOT receive a full refund; any amount of refund due to Client will depend on and be limited to any unearned fees for work not yet completed by Signature. Signature warrants that following the completion of Services, such professional Services were performed in a proper and professional manner consistent with industry standards.
If the Services are delayed due to reasons beyond Signature’s control or due to Client’s internal processes, Signature will not be responsible for any issues that arise or costs incurred by this delay. Any resulting fees or damages will be Client’s sole responsibility, unless another agreement in writing has been made between the Parties.
We reserve the right to change or update this Refund Policy as necessary at any time. Notifications of any and all changes or updates to this Policy will be posted on the Site.
SUMMARY
We can refuse service or cancel access at any time.
